We, Leapfrog Recruitment are working with a wonderful practice just like this, we are looking for multiple Veterinary Surgeons to join their team due to expansion and popularity of their practice. The positions available are suitable no matter what stage of career you are at, from New Graduates to experienced Certificate holders, the caseload and existing teams allows support for those needing it as well as career development and progression opportunities for those more experienced and wanting a challenge.
Situated in Norfolk and with 2 sites, one being an RCVS Accredited Hospital situated near Downham Market, and the other being an RCVS Accredited General Practice, both are spacious and well equipped with a current work family of 65! Their equipment is fantastic and includes,
- full lab, excellent cardio level ultrasound, DR X-Ray, CT, Scopes, Dental X-Ray
Consult times are a minimum of 20 minutes for a routine, and longer for everything else.
Pricing and charging is done differently, for example they do not charge registered clients at the point of euthanasia, and will not euthanise an XL Bully. They also provide an “Angel Fund” to each Vet annually, this fund can be assigned to support a client that is struggling to cover veterinary costs.
The rota is well managed and provides a good work life balance both around scheduled working hours but your day is structured so you have scheduled time for follow up calls and the surgery closes for 1hr over lunch to allow all team members to take a proper lunch break!
