We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our clients friendly small animal veterinary practice in the beautiful cathedral town of Ely. The position is available on a full or part time, permanent basis and offers a competitive salary, dependant on experience.

The practice is based in a standalone building in a rural, attractive area with state of the art equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound, laser, a well-equipped dental suite including x-ray and in-house laboratory.
You would be joining a supportive team of 4 Vets, 2 RVNs, 2 Student Veterinary Nurses, 4 Receptionists and a Practice Manager. The practice also benefits from visiting certified and specialist vets, as well as offering on-site physio consultations.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and committed Vet who is prepared to work hard and would enjoy the very varied case load at this surgery. They will have sound, basic surgical skills as well as excellent consultation skills, be comfortable with some sole charge and out of hour’s responsibility. Support is available for anyone interested in studying towards a certificate.
