We are looking for a confident, friendly Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our clients friendly small animal practice in Southend Victoria. Available Full Time permanent, the position offers a competitive salary dependent on experience.
- Full time – 40 hours per week
- 1 in 4 weekends
The practice is purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including dedicated operating theatre, ultra-sound scanner, in-house laboratory and digital radiographs. You would be joining a team of 3 Vets (including the JVP), 3 RVNs, 2 student nurses, 1 practice manager and 3 receptionists. There is a huge variety of companion animal species seen at the practice including exotics.
The successful candidate will be confident and friendly with a genuine passion for animal healthcare. Ideally you will have at least 2 years post-qualification practice experience as there is potential for some leadership responsibilities guiding the nursing team. Being a clinical coach for students will be advantageous but training would be provided to the successful candidate where necessary.
