Leapfrog Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a natural “People Person” to be Customer Care Manager within our clients fantastic Veterinary Practice situated in Nottingham on a full time permanent basis.
In this role you would be responsible for leading the reception team – including coaching their professional development and communicating across the different clinical teams. You will be a big part of managing the smooth running of the clinic and overall customer excellence delivery.
Is a purpose built, modern and very spacious veterinary practice that has a wonderful front of house reception/ waiting area that has separate dog and cat waiting areas. In the back there is a spacious prep area, dedicated theatre, digital x-ray, in-house laboratory and full surgical and diagnostic facilities enabling the team to provide excellent veterinary care to their patients and clients.
Our ideal candidate is someone with:
- at least two years previous customer service experience (veterinary experience is preferable but not essential)#
- strong leadership experience – you must be comfortable managing teams
- Experience working with profit and loss, and managing business costs
- Familiar working with Excel and office applications
In return a salary circa £25,000 per annum and competitive benefits package is on offer.
