We are looking for an Senior / Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) for our clients growing small animal practice in Beaumont Leys, Leicester. Available Full Time permanent, the position offers a competitive salary up to £28,500 depending on experience.

• Full time, shifts between 8am and 7:30pm
• 1 in 3 weekends (time off in lieu)
• No OOH

As a Senior Nurse you should be able to work independently, as well as part of a close knit team. You will be working closely with our Head Nurse to ensure everything runs smoothly, as well as additional responsibilities such as covering the Head Nurse whilst they are on annual leave, being in charge of the dosimetry readings, and assisting with the Practice Standards Scheme, for example.

The day to day role is varied and includes theatre, kennels and consults. The practice try to actively encourage further training and development in areas in which you are passionate.

You would be joining a team of 4 vets, 3 RVNs, 2 SVNs, 2 kennel assistants and 4 receptionists.
