Leapfrog Recruitment have an exciting job opportunity at a fantastic Veterinary Practice situated in the Chorlton area of Manchester which see’s a small animal and exotic animal caseload!
We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team on a full or part time permanent basis working:
- 4 days a week (or part time)
- 1 in 5 weekends, Saturday & Sunday mornings
- 1 in 5 weekend on call rota, Fri/ Sat/ Sun – paid additionally to normal salary and is paid monthly (only called in if Vet requires assistance, but paid the supplement if called in or not!)
The largest exotic referral practice in the North West, exotic animal training is provided in-house and other courses are encouraged and funded. If you are interested in doing the exotic nursing certificate this is can be funded.
This role is based at their main sire in Chorlton which sees both first opinion cat, dog, exotic and other small animal patients. They also have a new Feline only clinic locally where they provide routine consults and surgery.
Here you’d be joining a team of 11 vets, including 1 exotic diploma holder, 2 exotic cert holders, and 2 other vets sitting ECC and ophthalmology certs, 9 RVN’s and large support staff team.

Minimum requirements:
- RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse, or eligible to register in 2024
