Leapfrog Recruitment have an exciting Head Nursing job opportunity for a forward thinking and dynamic veterinary practice situated in Nottingham. 

The practice has undergone a fantastic regeneration with a new clinical director, team members and is thriving providing lots of new exciting opportunities now and for you to progress to in the future.

Working rota: 

• 38hrs per week, over 4 days 
• 1 in 4 weekends 
• No OOHs 

You will be an enthusiastic RVN who is passionate about providing excellent veterinary care to both patients and clients. As HVN you need to be an excellent leader with fantastic nursing skills who can encourage and develop your nursing team.

The practice offers a range of clinical services from preventative healthcare through to complex medical, surgical and orthopaedic procedures. A spacious, purpose built practice with operating theatres, multiple consulting rooms, digital x-ray and up to date in house laboratory, it provides a fantastic place to work and treat your patients to the best standard possible.

You will be supported to develop your skills and work closely with the Clinical Director, Business Manager and Senior Receptionist.

A competitive salary of £27-£29k (dependent on experience) is on offer as well as benefits package including CPD, memberships paid, pension and free lunch Fridays (great for team building and gives opportunity to discuss cases in a relaxed setting).

Minimum requirements: 

• RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse
• Eligible to work in the UK
