We are looking for a friendly Head Veterinary Nurse for our clients small animal practice in Friern Barnet. Available Full or Part Time permanent, the position offers a competitive salary dependent on experience.

• Up to 40 hours per week
• 1 in 4 weekends
• No OOH

The practice is purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment, including full in house lab, ultrasound facilities, digital xray, and species specific kennel areas. You would be joining a team of 2 Vets, a practice manager, 1 RVN, 1VCA and 2 Receptionists.

The ideal candidate will be happy to lead by example, with great communication skills. You will be confident in all general nursing duties, including the running of nurse clinics. Ideally you will enjoy and have experience of coaching and mentoring student nurses.
