Leapfrog Recruitment have a Deputy Head Veterinary Nurse (DHVN) job vacancy at our clients established Veterinary practice situated in Leeds, West Yorkshire. With easy commuting links to Harrogate, York, Wetherby and surrounding areas this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated RVN with natural leadership skills and fantastic organisation.

Working with a Nursing Manager and Head Nurses from branch practices, you will help to manage a team of 16 RVN’s, Trainee Nurses and Veterinary Care Assistants.

The practice and branches are well equipped with surgical and diagnostic facilities and has a varied caseload where staff are able to utilise and develop specialisms/ area’s of interest.

Working rota: 

• Full time, 40hrs over 4 days per week
• 1 in 4 Saturdays OR sundays
• No OOHs

You need to be a confident Veterinary Nurse who is passionate about high clinical standards and nurse development.
