We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join our clients experienced and growing team at their small animal veterinary practice in Corby as Clinical Lead. The position is available on a full time, permanent basis and offers a competitive salary up to £70,000 dependant on experience.

You will be joining an experienced and supportive team with interests including surgery and ultrasound. The practice offers a varied caseload and the opportunity and facilities to work up cases to a high standard. Facilities include a large reception area, digital X-ray, ultrasound, 3 consult rooms and operating theatre.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional surgical skills, and the confidence to take charge. You will have excellent consultation skills, and be approachable and personable to build relationships with patients, clients and the local community.

You would be expected to support the continued growth of the practice alongside a motivated and talented team, whilst building a vet team recruiting from all levels of experience. You will develop existing clinical protocols and ensure the day to day running of the practice goes smoothly alongside the existing practice manager and management team.
