Due to expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an additional Clinical Director, or experienced Small Animal Vet to join our clients veterinary practice situated in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, Wales.

• Independent group of small animal practices in South Wales
• 4 day week
• 1 in 5 Saturdays
• No OOHs
• Competitive salary between £50,000 to £75,000 and package

The ideal candidate will be a certificate holder or working towards one. We are ideally looking for a Vet with a
real passion for Clinical Practice and team development. To be a true Clinical Director, focusing on providing excellence and mentoring the team, if you don’t have CD/ mentoring experience support and training.

Here you would be joining a team of 13 Vets working across 4 RCVS accredited practices. Within the team are
certificate holders in Surgery and Medicine + visiting Cardiologist.

This role is mainly based at Abergavenny which is a well equipped 24hr site that provides excellent clinical care and see’s an interesting varied caseload.
