We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our clients friendly small animal veterinary practice in Ely in the role of Clinical Director. The position is available on a full time, permanent basis and offers a competitive salary, dependant on experience.

The practice is based in a standalone building in a rural, attractive area with state of the art equipment including ultrasound, laser, a well-equipped dental suite including x-ray and in-house laboratory and digital X-ray coming soon.
You will be joining a supportive and committed team that see a wide variety of cases, including orthopaedics. The practice is supported by visiting certified and specialist Vets, as well as offering on site physio consultations, meaning the practice has plenty to offer and is able to support a Vet who is keen to develop their medical and surgical skills.
Within this role you will be operating as Lead Vet, supporting new graduates through their PDP, developing clinical protocols and structuring the workload of the team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice.
The ideal candidate will have sound surgical skills as well as excellent consultation skills, and be comfortable with some sole charge. Â An approachable and consultative style is essential in this role as the existing team take great pride in the relationships they have built with their patients, clients and local community. Support is available for anyone interested in studying towards a certificate.
