We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our clients friendly, busy, progressive small animal veterinary practice in Huntingdon. The position is available on a full or part time, permanent basis and offers a competitive salary, dependant on experience.
- Full time, 40 hours per week
- 1 in 4 weekends
- No OOHs
The practice is purpose built with state of the art equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound, dental machine, theatre and fully equipped lab facilities.
The ideal candidate will be confident with routine surgical and medical cases, as well as being great with clients and having excellent communication skills.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive team made up of 2 Full Time Vets, 3 Part Time Vets, 1 Practice Manager/Veterinary Nurse, 3 Full Time Veterinary Nurses and 1 Veterinary Care Assistant. The team benefits from a variety of individual interests and specialist knowledge including one team member holding a Certificate in Ophthalmology, a visiting Orthopaedic Surgeon and visiting Specialist Cardiologist.
