Leapfrog Recruitment have a Vet Surgeon job vacancy at a fantastic independent veterinary practice situated in Hexham, Northumberland.

• Full or part time
• 100% small animal vet surgeon role in a mixed practice
• Excellent facilities and equipment. Good team and clients

They have a vet going on maternity leave so need cover for this but due to increased clients/ demand there is enough caseload to offer a permanent position.

A well equipped practice with full surgical and diagnostic facilities and equipment, here you are able to utilise your skills and work cases up to the full. You are supported by a team of experienced Vets, RVN’s and support staff.

Working hours are usually:

Ops shift, 8.30am-5pm

Consults, 8-3pm them 5-7pm

1 night per week on call, 1 in 4/5 weekends with following Friday off.
