We are recruiting on behalf of our clients progressive mixed Veterinary Practice situated in Helston, Cornwall who are looking for a Qualified Veterinary Nurse to join their team on a full or part time permanent basis.
Working rota:
- Full time, 37hrs per week. Part time considered
- 1 in 7 on-call rota
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, with time off in lieu.
An established practice who’s mixed caseload includes a variety of species including exotics and seals. They currently have 4 RVNS and 5 SVNs, and are looking for a keen nurse to join their friendly and supportive team long-term.
As a RVN here you are encouraged to pursue your interests and schedule 3 procedures are supported.
Situated in the charming parish town of Helston in Cornwall, they are perfectly located for all the nature lovers among you. From the beautiful seaside strolls of Porthleven Harbour and Low Pool, to the stunning sights of Bonython Estate Gardens and Halliggye Fougou, the Cornish great outdoors really is something to behold.
They provide their own 24-hour emergency service for our clients, 365 days a year. Their nurses are also on-call out-of-hours, to help with emergency operations and intensive medical cases.

Minimum requirements:
- Qualified Veterinary Nurse
- RCVS Registered or eligible to register in 2022/23
