Are you an experienced RVN with natural leadership abilities who enjoys medical nursing?! We are recruiting on behalf of a Veterinary Hospital in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire who are looking for a Lead Medical RVN to join their team.
- 40hrs per week
- 1 in 6 weekends with TOIL
- 4.5 or 4 day week options in rota
- No OOHs
As Lead Medical RVN you will be line managing up to 5 staff members; leadership experience is ideal but not essential. You need to be motivated to achieve and maintain the highest standards of care for inpatients ad medical patients. Medicine/ wards/ ECC nursing experience is preferred.
The hospital is a state of the art veterinary hospital that has 11 branches across South and West Yorkshire and has excellent support from their sister referral veterinary hospital locally. It has excellent facilities including on site CT, dental suite, digital x-ray and dental x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab, endoscopy, excellent anaesthetic monitoring equipment including multiparameter monitors, separate wards for surgical, medical, isolation, cats, exotics and outpatients.

- Qualified Veterinary Nurse
- RCVS Registered or eligible to register in 2021
- Eligible to work in the UK
