We have an exciting Head Veterinary Nurse job opportunity at a fantastic Veterinary Surgery situated in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

• 40hrs per week
• No OOHs
• Weekends on a rota basis with time back in lieu
• Salary up to £34,000 per annum, competitive package including certificate funding

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team of 7 Vets, 9 Veterinary Nurses (including Students) and dedicated non clinical team who are dedicated to providing gold standard veterinary care with low stress methods for clients and patients alike.

As HVN your duties would include directing the day to day running of the clinical team including clinical work when needed, develop the potential of RVN’s in their individual surgical and medical interests, assisting with the training of the nursing and VCA team. Involved in appraisals and auditing of clinical care – an inspiring and motivational personality is desired.

The surgery is well equipped with modern surgical and diagnostic facilities which is purpose built and invests in new equipment to ensure the very best veterinary care is able to be offered.
