We have an exciting job opportunity for a HVN to join a fantastic practice situated in Aintree, Merseyside. We are looking for an experienced RVN to join their team as Head Veterinary Nurse and Clinical Coach on a full or part time permanent basis.

• Full time, part time also considered
• 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am-12pm
• No OOHs
• Salary from £30,000-£33,000, dependent on experience

Here you would be joining a surgery that takes pride in fostering a friendly team environment that prioritizes mental health and well-being. Outside of work they engage in social activities and support the team to attend events like London Vet Show and BSAVA with the occasional trip abroad.

Clinical development is supported with certificates funded and support provided. The surgery is well equipped with state of the art surgical and diagnostic equipment and is part of a local support network with a sister practice locally.

As HVN you will lead the nursing team by example, encourage new ideas within the team, maintain ongoing training, plan rota’s, conduct equipment audits and organise repairs, handle customer queries and complaints, ensure best veterinary practice procedures are met and regularly reviewed and ensure smooth day to day running of the practice.
