Small Animal Graduate Veterinary Surgeon, £34,000 PA – Wakefield, West Yorkshire – Leapfrog Recruitment

Are you a recent graduate looking for a new role in Wakefield? Leapfrog Recruitment are supporting our well established clients, whose practice carry out both routine and advanced procedures. 

The role includes a mixture of consulting, case workup and surgery, fully supported by a VetGDP mentor and our clinicians. Our client actively encourages the development of team members, providing training, easily accessed support and clinical guidance.  They also have a superb team of nurses including over 20 RVNS, many of whom have additional post-grad qualifications.  In addition our client also benefits from dedicated receptionist support, many of whom hold BVRA and Customer Service qualifications.

• Full time hours (4 day working week, plus 1:4 weekends)
• Starting salary £34,000 per annum

OOH rota is 1:6 currently Mon – Fri 5pm – midnight. It is not standard for new graduates in initial stages, but would be expected in the first 6-12 months of employment.
