A well equipped and established practice who have a mix of clinical and ambulatory work. They have 2 examination rooms including stocks, a surgical theatre, MRI scanner, nuclear scintigraphy, digital x-ray, gastroscopy and endoscopy, and ultrasonography.

Duties:

• The assisting with the day-to-day management of patients, including feeding, grooming and cleaning
• Assisting Vets during examinations and surgeries to ensure correct procedures are followed & high clinical standards are kept
• Monitoring and caring for our patients
• Building relationships with our loyal clientele through admission and discharge consults, regular updates during the patients stay in clinic and nursing consults for weight management
• Undertaking ambulatory nursing work within the remit of schedule 3
• Maintenance & cleaning of the equipment & practice
• An active, supporting nature with the reception team and their workload

Their ideal candidate will offer the highest standards of holistic nursing care to your patients and clients. You must be able to work well within the team and provide valuable peer support to student nurses, nursing assistants and EMS students.
