We are looking for a permanent Equine Vet Surgeon to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

• Mainly ambulatory Equine Vet role

A mainly ambulatory role but with a fully equipped clinic for workups, support and collaboration from an experienced team. This is an established first opinion practice with a solid referral service supporting surrounding practices with diagnostic imaging including MRI, Scintigraphy alongside an in-house surgical suite.

They have an excellent reputation for emergency exploratory laparotomy success.  In addition, there are two treatment rooms and a large indoor trot up and lunge area for work ups. The clinic can house up to 10 stabled horses and has qualified EVN’s nurses to assist with inpatient care alongside remote access security cameras on each stable. In addition, the clinic is equipped with DR portable radiographs, ultrasound, gastroscope/endoscopy, dentistry equipment and laser surgical capabilities along with all the usual equipment expected in a large equine facility.

This position is able to support a new grad or encourage & support the development of an experienced Vet.
