We have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the leadership team of our clients wonderful small animal practice in Warrington, in the role of Clinical Director.

• 4 day working week
• 1 in 4 weekends
• No OOH
• Salary up to £75,000 dependent on experience

As Clinical Director you will be responsible for steering the overall direction and clinical culture of the business, and ultimately accountable for clinical performance within the practice. Working alongside the Centre Director, you will lead the practice to deliver the desired clinical, customer, commercial and cultural ambitions.

You will be encouraged to lead with autonomy and to run the practice as your own, whilst delivering ambitious and profitable growth. You will be a member of the group’s Clinical Board, representing the views of your colleagues in shaping strategic development and key initiatives with in the group.

The successful applicant will be an accomplished, empathetic and supportive leader, experienced in developing and coaching clinicians to their full potential, who is understanding of the importance of a “diagnostic-first” approach.
